1 General Provisions & Definitions

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your jiwin account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone else.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jiwin is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — for each payment method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Deposited funds must come only from your own account.
• Depositing using a third party's account or card is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• jiwin reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jiwin offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 applies the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳24,000 (= ৳1,200 × 20) in bets to meet the wagering requirement.

• Withdrawals are not allowed until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• jiwin may exclude certain games or bets from wagering calculations.
• Violating any bonus-related terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

jiwin offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Where general bonus terms do not apply, the specific offer terms will take precedence.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules
